1. Who We Are

RichFlow AI ("RichFlow", "we", "us", "our") is a product of King Star — an independent third-party software service for Amazon sellers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

2. Data We Access via Amazon SP-API

To provide our automation services, RichFlow connects to your Amazon seller account through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API. The data we access includes:

  • Listings & catalog data — product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and listing status — to manage and optimize your product listings.
  • Inventory data — stock levels, FBA quantities, inbound shipments — to track inventory and prevent overselling.
  • Orders & returns data — order IDs, order status, return requests, return reasons — to analyze sales trends and automate return handling.
  • Reports data — sales reports, FBA fee reports, storage fee reports, advertising reports — to provide analytics dashboards.
  • Advertising data — campaign performance, keyword bids, spend and impressions — to manage and optimize your PPC campaigns.
  • Account health data — performance metrics, defect rates, policy violations — to alert you to issues before they escalate.

We access only the minimum data necessary to deliver the specific feature you use.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your seller data is used exclusively to provide the RichFlow automation services you have subscribed to. Specifically:

  • Display analytics, reports, and dashboards to you inside the RichFlow platform.
  • Generate AI-powered recommendations (keyword suggestions, pricing suggestions, listing rewrites) that you review and approve before any action is taken.
  • Execute approved actions on your Amazon account on your behalf via SP-API.
  • Store activity logs and audit trails so you can review every action taken.

We do not use your data for any purpose other than delivering the services you requested.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your Amazon seller data with any third parties. Your data is not used for advertising, analytics resale, or any purpose outside of providing RichFlow services to you.

The only exceptions are:

  • Service providers who operate our infrastructure (hosting, cloud storage) under strict confidentiality agreements that prohibit them from using your data for any other purpose.
  • When required by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in India or as otherwise disclosed during onboarding. We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
  • Access controls — only your authorized account users can access your data.
  • Tenant isolation — each seller account's data is stored separately and cannot be accessed by other users.
  • Audit logs — all data access and actions are logged.

6. Data Retention

We retain your seller data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to support account recovery and compliance. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Your Rights

You may at any time:

  • Access the data we hold about you by contacting us.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Delete your account and associated data.
  • Revoke RichFlow's access to your Amazon account via the Amazon Seller Central → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps page.
  • Export your activity logs and audit data on request.

8. Amazon SP-API Compliance

RichFlow is an authorized Amazon Selling Partner API application (App ID: amzn1.sp.solution.15cad9e9-875c-4ea2-b9c2-5fe19132a9c1). We comply with the Amazon Selling Partner API Developer Agreement and all applicable Amazon data protection requirements.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify active users via email or in-app notice. Continued use of RichFlow after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
