1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using RichFlow AI ("RichFlow", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. RichFlow AI is a product of King Star and is an independent third-party service — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

2. Description of Service

RichFlow is an AI-powered automation platform for Amazon sellers that connects to your Amazon seller account via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API. The Service helps you manage listings, inventory, keywords, pricing, returns, FBA operations, and advertising campaigns through an approval-gated automation dashboard.

3. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be a registered Amazon seller with a valid Seller Central account to use RichFlow.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your RichFlow login credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
  • One account per seller entity. You may not share accounts across unrelated businesses.

4. Authorisation & Amazon API Access

By connecting your Amazon account to RichFlow, you authorise RichFlow to access your Amazon seller data via SP-API and Advertising API solely to provide the services described in these Terms. You can revoke this access at any time via Amazon Seller Central → Apps & Services → Manage Your Apps.

RichFlow acts as your service provider. All actions executed on your Amazon account are either explicitly approved by you or configured by you in advance through the platform's approval settings. RichFlow is not responsible for account suspensions or policy violations resulting from actions you approve or configure.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use RichFlow to violate Amazon's Seller Policies, Business Solutions Agreement, or any applicable law.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the RichFlow platform.
  • Use the Service to access, scrape, or collect data from Amazon for purposes outside your own seller account management.
  • Submit false or misleading product information through the platform.
  • Attempt to circumvent any approval gate, safety check, or rate limit built into the Service.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • Free plan: Available at no charge with access to dashboard, analytics, and account health features.
  • Pro plan: ₹199/month, billed monthly, for full access to all AI automation modules.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • RichFlow reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

RichFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that specific outcomes (such as Buy Box wins, ranking improvements, or reimbursement recoveries) will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RichFlow's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

RichFlow is not liable for: (a) Amazon account suspensions or policy actions; (b) losses arising from actions you approve through the platform; (c) interruptions to Amazon's SP-API or other third-party services.

8. Amazon Trademark Notice

Amazon, Amazon.com, Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), Buy Box, SAFE-T, and other Amazon marks referenced in this Service are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. RichFlow AI is an independent third-party service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. RichFlow may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Amazon's policies. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
